Check-in starts after 4 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we would gladly store your baggage until your room is ready.

Yes, Cardozo South Beach charges a $35 nightly plus tax amenity fee including:

• Wireless Internet
• Two (2) beach chairs
• AM Coffee in the Lobby

We welcome up to 2 dogs, 50lbs max combined, at Cardozo South Beach! Dogs will be excited to join their humans for breakfast along Ocean Drive. South Beach offers many convenient grassy areas with complimentary pet waste bags to keep things neat and tidy.

$150 per stay per pet fee will apply. Please notify the Front Office or Reservations Team to ensure you are placed in a pet-friendly designated rooms.*Based on availability.

VIEW PET POLICIES

Valet Parking is available for $45 per day (24 hour service).

The hotel's cancellation & deposit policies vary based on the rate or offer selected. Different policies may also apply during special events & holidays.

Flexible Policy:

The reservation may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hrs. prior to arrival. A one-night (room & tax) deposit is due upon booking. If cancelled or modified within 72hrs. of arrival a one-night (room & tax) penalty will apply.

Non-Refundable Policy:

The reservation may not be modified or cancelled. The total price of the reservation is due upon booking. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, full (room & tax) penalty will apply.

*Rates confirmed are per room per night and guaranteed for the number of occupants listed on the reservation.

A valid EMV credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival to the hotel. Shoud the credit card not be present, a new method of payment will be required.

The hotel's credit card authorization process seeks approval for $150.00 per day for incidentals in addition to the room and tax charges for the entire stay. You will also be asked to present a valid picture ID

BEACH ACCESS

Cardozo South Beach extends two (2) beach chairs to each guest per day. The Front Desk will provide you with additional details upon your arrival.
